Rethinking Generational Labels with David Costanza and Cort Rudolph
Boomer, Gen X, Millennial - we use these labels all the time, but there's two problems:
1. There's no scientific support for real generational differences
2. Using the labels actually causes a bunch of problems, especially for learning & development
